Custom Laser Cutting Paper

The paper laser cutting machine opens up the creativity of paper products. If you laser cut paper or cardboard, you can make special invitation cards, business cards, paper holders or gift wraps with high precision cut edges.

Laser Paper Engraving

Laser engraving on paper can create a brown burn effect, creating a vintage feel on paper products like business cards. The suction of the exhaust fan makes the paper partially evaporate, presenting a three-dimensional visual effect for us. In addition to paper crafts, laser engraving can also be used for text and log marking and scoring to create brand value.

Paper Laser Perforating

Thanks to the fine laser beam, you can create pixel pictures consisting of hollow holes at different spacings and positions. And the shape and size of the hole can be flexibly adjusted by the laser setting.

Laser Cut Cardboard Applications

Paper is a versatile material, which makes laser cutting useful for several distinct industries and applications. Some of the most notable include:

Laser Cut Invitations
Laser Cut Greeting Cards
Laser Cut Paper Packaging
Laser Cut Businesses Cards
Laser Cut Picture books
Laser Cut Decorations
Laser Cut Craft items (including stickers and scrapbook materials)
And more!

Our paper laser cutting technology is ready for any of your creative ideas.

Laser cut cardboard does not put pressure on the material, which means there are no tears or creases. Laser cutting can engrave cardboard without damaging the rest of the material. Laser cutting can produce precise cuts that are impossible with other machines. Laser cutting is also great for small and large projects.

You can cut, engrave, score or perforate paper, cardboard or pasteboard with a laser machine. If you laser process paper or cardboard, you can produce greeting cards, book covers or gift packaging with a tangible, individual engraving.

Firstly, you need to use the laser cutter at a low power setting and high speed. Paper is quite thin, and it does not require too much power for cutting, and if you are exposing it to excessive power, it will burn out.

Depending on the laser cutter setting and the type and thickness of paper, the burn or residue can range from almost invisible to a very light but noticeable cream color, all the way up to tan.
