This year, instead of gobbling down laser candy bars and pumpkin seeds, we scoured the internet and found some diabolical things you can make with your own laser cutter.
1. Laser Cut Paper Lanterns
These paper lanterns are perfect for adding a spooky touch to your home or office. You'll need some black paper, a few sheets of kraft paper and a battery powered tea candle, and a laser cut paper to make your own unique paper lantern. Of course, your paper lanterns can be customized to any design you like!
2. Elegant Laser Cut "Masquerade" Mask
These gorgeous masks can be made very cheaply and are guaranteed to be eye-catching whether your Halloween is a black tie or a friend's Halloween house party. This particular mask is made by laser cutting acrylic and using a heat gun to shape the flat mask to fit the face. We're not sure who would actually take the time to do this, but it's still pretty cool and proves you can use a laser cutter to build anything you want.
3. Laser Cut Vintage Flat Clothing
4. Cardboard Skull Pen Holder
If you haven't read the history of sugar skulls, they stem from a very interesting southern Mexican holiday and tradition.
5. Laser Cut Halloween Cards
Everyone loves greeting cards, but do we all admit that they mean so much more when they're homemade? Or, in this case, laser fabrication! From cobwebs to intricate haunted houses, laser cutters are a great tool for creating such intricate artworks. And, you can mass produce them; they'll be perfect every time.
This rounds up our favorite Halloween items to make with a laser cutter and engraver. As you can see, there is no limit to what you can create with a laser engraver!
